Goplan allows you to subscribe to events using the
iCalendar feed.
The feed URL
To subscribe to a project's iCalendar feed, first you'll need to know its URL:
- Go to your project's calendar tab on Goplan and copy the link of the ical feed

Usually, this can be done by right-clicking and selecting "Copy Link", "Copy Link Location" or other equivalent option on your browser.
Your calendar application
iCal (Apple Mac OS X)
- Select "Subscribe..." under the "Calendar" menu. (or use the shortcut: Option + Command + S)
- Paste the link by right-clicking and selecting "Paste" (or using the shortcut: Command + V) and click "Subscribe"
Microsoft Outlook (Windows)
In order to subscribe iCalendar feeds on Microsoft Outlook (2003/2007), you should use the Remote Calendars plugin. It's the only way to get this done with Outlook.
Google Calendar
- Go to Google Calendar
- Click on "Add" (under the mini-calendar on the left) and select "Add by URL".
- Paste the link and click on the "Add" button.
Mozilla Thunderbird
In order to subscribe iCalendar feeds on Mozilla Thunderbird you need to first download and install the Lightning Extension. This will allow Thunderbird to mimicry Sunbird behaviour.
After you install the extension, go to:
- Thunderbir with lightning extension correctly installed:
- Go to File > New > Calendar...
- Select Network Calendar type:
- Introduce iCal link from Goplan:
- Write a name for your calendar:
- If all goes well, you should see this screen:
